How we protect your data

We ensure our business data is in the hands of a GDPR compliant IT and cloud hosting service provider.

What data breach procedures we have in place

Under the new regulations, Internet Technology (IT) and Cloud Hosting providers have much more responsibility to better protect our data.  A new mandatory 72-hour breach reporting requirement, Article 33, dictates that in the event of a personal data breach, data controllers must notify the appropriate supervisory authority “without undue delay and, where, feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it.”  When we are notified by our hosting provider of such an event we will then notify you.
